OUR POLICY
Returns Are Easy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
✔ All returns or exchanges must be returned in their original product packaging, including any tags or documentation.
✔ Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
✔ Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
✔ All custom ordered personalized products are pre-inspected for quality finish before shipping and will not be refunded.
✔ There are no restocking fees on any returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
✔ Tip - Need to make an exchange? Go ahead and place a new order for the merchandise that you would like. The items that you return will be processed as a refund on the original method of payment.
✔ This will ensure that your new items don't go out of stock and you get your new gear faster!
Easy Return Shipping
✔ The most annoying part of returning an item is going through the hassle and cost of shipping it back.
✔ We have eliminated that challenge by providing you with a Pre-Paid Return Label that you can print at home.
✔ The cost for using this label will be just $5 CDN and will be deducted when we issue your refund.
Refund Processing
To complete your return, simply email us with your order number and the details of the returning item.
✔ Non-refundable items include gift points/coupons.
✔ If the item was purchased as a gift, and you require a refund, please be advised that the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Please Note: We are good citizens of online commerce, and honor any and all of your returns, but please be advised that we will reject any item not in it's original unused condition, the same condition you received it in, without damage on your behalf, unwashed and unworn, no missing parts or pieces on your behalf, for reasons not due to our error while in your possession, these conditions simply will not qualify for a refund.
Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
✔ If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days, just send us an email notifying us so we can recount the refund transaction.
✔ Please contact your credit card company or original method of payment to confirm a missing refund, as it may take a few days for processing before your refund is officially posted.
✔ If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email info@hotrodjunction.com, or just give us a call, we'll get it sorted out ASAP.

✔ If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. If we don't receive your returned item, we can not refund your money. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
