SHIPPING TIME

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY PACKAGE?

 ✔  All shipping times are dependent on location

 ✔  Order processing time is 1 - 2 days

 ✔  Personalized product orders require up to 7 days processing time

 ✔  US Orders - once processed please allow up to 16 days

 ✔  Canadian Orders - once processed please allow up to 14 days

  ✔  International orders - once processed please allow up to 30 days

  ✔  Your tracking number will be made available to you after the order is processed and a shipping label is produced by our postal service provider 

  ✔  Your tracking number is sent to you via email, at which time you can begin to TRACK your order

 

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

  ✔  On rare occasion a package may show up late or possibly go missing, don't worry! Please contact us by email or phone from our CONTACT PAGE. We will reply within 24 hrs. on emails. For some reason we don't, just send another email. Thank You!
